Moving from another tool

Export your clients and price list from your current tool as CSV and import both under Settings → Import. MeloDocs maps the columns and shows you the result before anything saves.

Documents from the old tool stay in the old tool — bring the data, not the paperwork. Most moves take an afternoon.

Messy exports are normal and the importer expects them: duplicate phone columns, prices with currency symbols, half-empty address fields. Every column mapping is shown before you commit, and a bad import can be undone in one step — nothing lands silently.
