Working on the same document together

Two people can have the same document open; edits merge live and the history records who changed what.

A document being signed is locked for everyone — you will see a banner with who sent it and when.

Live merging means the estimator can price lines while the office fixes the client block, no “who has the file” email. If the two of you edit the same line at the same moment, last save wins and history keeps both — nothing is silently lost.
