Duplicating and templating documents

Any document can be duplicated for a similar job — Documents → ⋯ → Duplicate. For work you quote weekly, save it as a template and MeloAI fills the quantities from each new description.

Templates keep your wording; rates still come live from the rate book, so an old template never quotes an old price.
